It is clearly a con of some sort. They have e-mailed me and asked in I could help them transfer sums of money out of their country. This could be a possible in for your main charactor. The themes are, mainly: paranoid governments, privacy v terrorism, alienation of potential allies etc. Has anybody read a book or short story with similar themes, story, idea etc. Also looking for similar real life examples if anybody knows of any.
