In addition to recent releases of Electric Velocipede #14 at WisCon two weekends ago ("Hermit Crabs" heads the line-up) and Riffing on Strings (which contains "Arachne") on June 1, my short-short-short (100-word) story, "Houston, We Are the Problem," now appears in The Drabbler #11, from Sam's Dot Publishing:

The 12th Drabble Contest is now open, at
samsdotpublishing.com/drabble...er12.htm
At WisCon I met Eric Heideman, editor of Tales of the Unanticipated ( www.totu-ink.com/ ), who has chosen "Cog" (published in TOTU #4 in 1988) to reprint in a "best of" anthology from the magazine's first ten years. Grinnnnnnnnnn.
My WisCon report is up at
deviationstrilogy.blogspot.com/20...tml
with my Wrath of Con report to follow some time over the next few days (I had a blast there, too!). That involved an 8-1/2 hour drive each way and gave me my first look at the Florida panhandle. I blogged the scenic trip over at
hurricanecountry.blogspot.com/200...html
Now I get to settle down and catch up on correspondence, bills, submissions, freelance work, etc. etc. etc. On June 21 I pop down to Tampa for a signing with other Aisling Press authors at Barnes and Noble (Carrollwood), concurrent with the launch party of A.J. Rand's and Carrassa Sands's contemporary SF novel Sky Gold.
I'm now on the Program Participant list for Denvention/Worldcon (*G* there, too), so I need to send them a bio and a link to my website. And see if I can line something up at Readercon... :D
